Der Einstellknopf (2) auf die niedrigste
Vorspannunsgstellung bringen.
Einen 1,5 mm Inbusschlüssel verwenden und
damit die Feststellschraube (3) des
Vorspannungseinstellknopfs (2) lockern. Letztere
nun von oben aus dem Verschluß herausziehen.

Unter Anwendung eines kleinen Schraubenziehers
den Sprengring (4) der Halterung für die
Vorspannungseinstellknopf entfernen.

Das Tauchrohr feststellen, dabei darauf achten,
daß es nicht beschädigt wird, dann mit einem 26
mm-Indusschlüssel den Verschluß (5) aufschrau-
ben.
Den Verschluß komplett mit dem OR-Ring (6) aus
dem Tauchrohr herausziehen.

Drücken Sie das Tauchrohr in das Gleitrohr ein
und ziehen Sie die Feder (9) heraus.
Das gesamte Öl aus dem Inneren des Schaftes
heraustropfen lassen; so vermeiden Sie den Öl-
pegel kontrollieren zu müssen.
Die notwendigen Austauscharbeiten vornehmen.
REMPLACEMENT DU RESSORT

Régler le bouton (2) à la position de precharge
minimale.
Utiliser une clé Allen de 1,5 mm, et desserrer la vis
(3) de serrage du bouton de precharge (2). Sortir
celle-ci de l’extrémité du bouchon.

A l’aide d’un petit tournevis, ôter la bague de butée
(4) du support bouton precharge sur le bouchon.

Bloquer ayant soin de ne pas abîmer le plongeur,
et à l’aide d’une clé hexagonale de 26 mm, des-
serrer le bouchon (5).
Sortir le bouchon équipé de joint torique (6) du
plongeur.

Pousser le plongeur dans le fourreau et faire sortir
le ressort (9).
Laisser écouler complètement l’huile de l’intérieur
du fourreau complet: de cette manière vous éviterer
de contrôler le niveau de l'huile.
Effectuez les remplacements nécessaires.
SPRING CHANGE

Position the knob (2) to the minimum preload
value.
Loosen the small Allen bolt (3) fastening the
preload knob (2) by means of a 1.5 mm Allen
wrench. Remove it from the plug assembly.

Remove the stop ring (4) from the top of the
preload knob support with a small screwdriver.

Hold the stanchion tube making sure not to dam-
age it and unscrew the plug (5) with a 26 mm End
wrench.
Remove the plug complete with O-ring (6) intact
from the stanchion tube.

Push the stanchion tube into the slider and re-
move the spring (9).
Let all the oil drain into the fork leg. By following
this procedure, there is no need to check the oil
level. Make all necessary changes.
SOSTITUZIONE MOLLA
FIG. 1
Posizionate il pomello (2) nella posizione di
precarico minimo.
Utilizzate una chiave per esagoni interni da 1,5
mm e allentate il grano (3) di fissaggio del pomello
di precarico (2). Sfilate quest’ultimo dall’estremità
del tappo.

Utilizzando un piccolo cacciavite rimuovete l’anel-
lo di fermo (4) del supporto pomello di precarico
sul tappo.

Bloccate avendo cura di non rovinare il tubo
portante e con una chiave esagonale da 26 mm
svitate il tappo (5).
Sfilate il tappo completo di anello OR (6) dal tubo
portante.

Spingete il tubo portante dentro al fodero e sfilate
la molla (9).
Fate sgocciolare tutto l’olio all’interno dello stelo;
in questo modo eviterete di dover verificare il
livello.
Eseguite le sostituzioni necessarie.
