APPENDIX C
SUMMARY OF ERROR MESSAGES
The following is a summary of the most common error or alarm messages occurring with the MTS-3000.
Each of these messages is accompanied by a distinctive long error "Beep". Alarm messages are displayed
on the module where the fault condition is detected. Pressing any key will clear the error/alarm message.
If the error condition is still present, or re-occurs, the message and long "Beep" will likewise re-occur.
Note that, when you press a key to clear an error/alarm, the keypress also will cause whatever action that
keypress normally would cause. If you want to clear the error/alarm without causing any other action, a
good key to press is the "CE" key, since this key normally doesn't do anything except beep.
As noted in (C) below, any error/alarm message not listed here is usually an indication of design-level
problems with the MTS-3000, and the manufacturer should be notified, along with the particulars.
