5.5 Neurosign V4 Earthing Cable

In cases of electrical interference, the earthing cable (PN: 210230) should be fitted

to the Neurosign V4 equipotential point, found near the power switch, and to the

hospital equipotential wall socket (POAG socket) as below.

Pre-amplifier offline/

lost connection

The pre-amplifier is either

not connected, or there

is a problem with the

connection.

If you are not currently monitoring you

can continue with monitoring disabled by

pressing 'YES' when prompted.

Alternatively, disconnect the pre-amplifier

lead from the pre-amplifier connection

socket on the rear of the screen.

Reconnect the pre-amplifier, if the error

remains contact your service provider.
