4.10 Patient Reports
a. Creating Reports
Note: Patient reports are not available in the default profile. In order to save patient
reports a surgeon profile must be created (see "a. Profile Management" on page 48).
Reports can only be created from the active monitoring screen.
• From the monitoring screen, press to begin monitoring
• Press 'YES' when prompted to create a patient report.
If 'NO' is selected, the user will be prompted again when the monitoring session is
ended.
• Press to enter the Patient Name, Date of Birth, and Patient ID.
Note: in order to save and access surgery reports, the patient details must be
entered.
• A procedure summary can now be added in the procedure summary box (e.g.
Exploration of right ear for cholesteatoma).
• Press to save the settings.
b. Events/Screen Captures
Note:
Events must be captured and annotated before the monitoring screen is exited.
Once the monitoring screen is exited the report cannot be changed, annotated or
added to.
• Capture a time-stamped event
• From the monitoring menu, press
.
This will take a screen capture of the waveforms and any active latency cursors shown
which will be saved to the patient report. Notes must be added before monitoring is
stopped.

• From the monitoring menu, press .
• Under event selection, select the desired event to annotate.
