4.7 Advanced Features
a. Profile Management
From the home screen press to access the profile management screen.
This menu provides the following options to manage the surgeon profiles;
i. New surgeon profile
• Press
• Enter a name for the profile.
• Enter a unique password for the profile.
The password must contain a minimum of 6 characters.
• Once complete press .
Note: Due to patient data protection, passwords are non-recoverable . Service
representatives are not able to recover profiles or the patient data associated with
them. Unfortunately if a password is forgotten, that profile will be inaccessible and a
new profile should be created.
ii. Edit profile
• Select a profile
• Press
• Enter the profile's password.
• Once changes are complete, press .
iii. Delete profile
Once a profile is deleted it cannot be recovered!
Note: Deleting a surgeon profile will also permanently remove all patient data
associated with that profile. Reports
must
be exported before deleting the profile,
see "d. Exporting Reports" on page 59.
