To run a report on specific Design Notes:

Choose Site > Reports.
The Reports dialog box appears.

Choose an option from the Report On pop-up menu. You can choose to report
on a document, an entire site, selected files in a site, or a specific folder.

Under Workflow, select Design Notes.
The Report Settings button becomes available.

Click the Report Settings button.
The Design Notes dialog box appears.

Enter one or more name and value pairs, and select comparison values from the
corresponding pop-up menus.
For example, if you specify “status contains draft,” your report will look for files
whose Design Notes have a status of “draft.”

Click OK to return to the Reports dialog box.

Click Run to run the report.
