Tighten hex nuts (A) on idler pulleys (B).

Loosen flange nut (A) until adjuster bolt (B) is just snug,
then tighten jam nut (C) to prevent loosening of the
adjuster bolt.
NOTE:
If flange nut and adjuster bolt is not loosened,
the lower guide will not be parallel to the belt.

Ensure
there
is
a
clearance
of
0.10–0.14
in.
(2.5–3.5 mm) between the lower belt (A) and lower
guide (B).
8.
If necessary, loosen the three bolts (C) and adjust lower
guide (B) as required. Tighten bolts.
9.
Check that upper belt (D) and upper guide (E) also has
a clearance of 1/16–1/8 in. (1.5–2.5 mm). If necessary,
loosen the two bolts (F) and adjust as required. Tighten
bolts.
10. Close the endshield.
11. Repeat procedure for other side of header.
