Range:
There are 4 selectable motion detection ranges:
1.
Up to 5 feet
2.
5 to 10 ft
3.
10 to 20 ft
4.
More than 20 feet
In order to set up an alarm for Motion Detection, click on the
New Alarm icon in the
Local Video Surveillance window. The Motion Detection Alarm dialog will open, as shown
in the following screen:
DVM already has Record Video as the first default action item. This
means that if motion is detected, DVM will automatically record the
picture for the 20 second duration and save the file on your computer’s
hard drive.
