7.1.
Servicing
WARNING
Danger of injury due to rotating parts.
Serious injury from rotating saw blade or belt drive.
Maintenance and repairs must only ever be carried out when the machine is switched off.
Maintenance and repairs may only be carried out by qualified personnel.
The machine must be secured against being switched on by other people.
Cleaning
To protect the painted surfaces, do not use aggressive cleaning products.
Do not use a high pressure cleaner for the motor and switch elements.
Spare parts
Only original spare parts provided by the manufacturer may be used.
Stickers
Regularly check the machine for damaged or detached safety warning signs.
Illegible or damages danger and warning signs on the device must be replaced immediately.

Before each use

Monthly
Conduct a visual inspection for obvious damage and
defects.
Thoroughly clean the floor saw
Check the engine oil filling level
Change the engine oil
Initially after 5h then every 6 months (sooner if necessary)
Change the oil filter (CC201D)
Every 12 months (sooner if necessary)
Change the fuel filter
Every 12 months (sooner if necessary)
Check the air filter
Replace the air filter
Every 6 months (sooner if necessary)
Replace the spark plug (CC201P/PV/PL)
Every 6 months (sooner if necessary)
Grease the lubrication points
Spray the saw blade height adjustment spindle with
spray-on grease
Check and correct the belt tension
Screw connections
Retighten all screw connections after 20 operating hours.
The maintenance instructions refer to normal, intended use.
When the machine is used under extreme weather conditions, or under continuous operation, the service intervals should be adapted
accordingly.
Observe the motor manufacturer’s operating manual for all information and tasks concerning the internal combustion engine.
