Place a Call on Hold
While in a call, press the
Hold
button on the phone
screen. To resume the call, press the line button for
the call.
If you want to...
Then...
Transfer a Call
1. While on an internal call, select the
Transfer
button on the
Calls
tab.
2. Select an intercom and call the number to which
you want to transfer the call.
3. Announce the call (optional).
4. Select
Transfer
again or hang up.
