12. Cut o ff excess wire 1 to 2 inches
f rom gas di ff user. Install p ro p erl y -
si z ed contact ti p slightl y p ast hand-
tight. Install gas cone and hand-
tighten.

1. Disconnect in p ut p ower to the
machine.
2. M ake sure that the gun locking knob
is loosened. ( See Figure 20 ) .
3 . Full y insert gun cable connection
( welding p ower and gas su pp l y) into
machine. N ote that the master Ke y
wa y f or P6 connector is located at
the arrow.
