WARNING :
MAKE SURE THE CONTAINER DOES NOT CONTAIN PRESSURE FROM THE
INTEGRITY AND LEAK TEST. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU TOUCH OR MOVE THE
CONTAINER. DO NOT TRY TO DISASSEMBLE THE CONTAINER.
WARNING :
CONCENTRATION OF COMPRESSED AIR OR UNWANTED MATERIAL MOVED BY
COMPRESSED AIR CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS. ALWAYS POINT
COMPRESSED AIR AWAY FROM PERSONS. USE APPLICABLE EYE
PROTECTION TO PREVENT INJURY TO YOUR EYES.
A
Fully dry fill plug fitting with dry, oil-free nitrogen or air, at a maximum pressure of 30 psig
(207 kPa). This helps prevent corrosion caused by moisture in the container

Put the empty container on the scale with the fill plug pointed up.

Add on the scale the two discharge heads body, the two debris screens ,

Weigh the empty container and record the weight.
NOTE :
The empty weight includes the container without the agent, nitrogen, protection
cap(s), and cartridge(s).
E.
Install the charging adapter 71804 / 751913 on the fill plug.
F.
Use the lockpin handle 71804 / 751913 to lock the charging adapter in position.
G.
Turn the fill plug one full turn counterclockwise.
H.
Open valves E and G. Refer to figure 7001.
I.
Start the vacuum pump and bleed the container to the maximum vacuum that the pump will pull.
J.
Close valves E and G and set the vacuum pump to off.
K.
Push TARE to zero the scale.
L.
Turn the fill plug one full turn counterclockwise.
M.
Open valves A, B and E and fill the container with CBrF
