B.
Connect the agent supply hose from valve A to valve B (Figure 7001) on the manifold.
C.
Connect the nitrogen supply hose to valve C on the manifold.
D.
Connect the hose from the manifold to the inlet of the cooling-bath coil.
NOTE :
The cooling bath and cooling coil are not necessary if the agent supply cylinder is
pressurized.
E.
Connect the vacuum pump line to valve G on the manifold.
F.
Connect the hose to the outlet of the cooling-bath coil.
G.
Install the charging adapter 71804 / 751913 on the cooling-coil outlet-hose
NOTE :
The cooling bath and cooling coil are not necessary if the agent supply cylinder is
pressurized.

Close valves B, C, D, E, and G.
I.
Fill an applicable container with dry ice and either kerosene or alcohol to make a cooling bath.
Cracked ice and water can be used if other materials are not available.
NOTE :
The cooling bath/coil is not necessary to do the fill procedure if the agent supply-
cylinder is pressurized.

Put the coil from the recharge kit fully into the cooling solution with both ends of the coil clear of
the solution.
NOTE :
Make sure all of the fire extinguishing agent used before is flushed from the fill system
before you connect it to the new extinguishing-agent supply. If you do not do this, the
filled container can have contamination.
