Minimum Height of Neck Fitting
A.
Measure the neck for a minimum height of 1,5 mm (0.060 in). Refer to figure 5001. This is the
minimum height necessary for the correct installation of a new disc assembly. Reject a container
with less than the minimum neck height.

Minimum Height of Fill Fitting
A.
Before you install the fill plug, measure the fill and safety fitting for a minimum height of 1,5 mm
(0.060 in).Refer to figure 5002. This is the minimum height necessary for correct installation of
the fill plug. Reject containers with less than the minimum permitted height

8. Pressure
gage
A.
Examine the pressure gage for bent, broken. If you find damage, replace the pressure gage.
B.
Examine the pressure gage for unwanted materials or corrosion. Clean the pressure gage as
necessary.
C.
Examine the pressure gage for damaged threads. If you find damage, replace the pressure
gage.
