Bit 0: hardware error (ERR)
0 = OK
1 = hardware error (ERR)
Bit 1 - Bit 3: reserve
0 = reserve
1 = NC
Bit 4: monitoring lower position value 1
0 = OK
1 = value less than limit
Bit 5: monitoring upper position value 1
0 = OK
1 = value exceeded
Bit 6: monitoring lower position value 2
