Networking your printer
Overview
A network is a group of computers or computer systems linked together for
the purpose of sharing resources, such as printers, files, or an Internet
connection.
You may share your printer across a network. When a printer is shared, the
printer is connected to the host computer using a local cable, such as the
USB cable. During driver installation, the printer should be set up to be
“shared” so other network computers can print to it.
Note: You cannot use your All-In-One to scan across a
network.
Your All-In-One is a network-capable printer and can be networked (or
shared) in one of two ways:

using the peer-to peer method.
•
using the point and print method.
