8.3. WARRANTY
SVIK charger benefits of a 2-year warranty for any manufacturing defects
from the purchase date stated in the purchase receipt or invoice. Any
warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase receipt
or invoice, therefore keep them in a safe place.
Before sending the charger into service it is recommended to take
pictures or short videos of the defects or malfunction behaviour. Pack the
charger carefully to avoid damages during transport to service, if possible,
use the charger’s packaging. The service period will be added to the
initial 2-years warranty.
LEKTRI.CO or its suppliers reserve the right to first try to repair the
damaged parts and only if this is not possible to replace the product.
CAUTION
Any improper installation, improper use, accidents or
normal wear are not covered by this warranty.
