Service A: Professional Series Distilled Water Cooling

Phillips Screw Driver #2

Metric Hex Key Wrench Set (Metric 1.5 to 6 mm set)

Adjustable Wrench (1 1/8” range) or Open End (1.0”)

Distilled Water

Distilled Water Bottle Siphon, manual water pump, or Battery or Basting
Fill Bulb

Absorbent Paper Towels (Ex.-Scott Shop Towels/Blue)

Clean Room Vinyl/PVC Gloves (
Powder-Free
/DEHP & DOP Free)

Clean plastic container / bucket (≥6 Liters / 1.5 gallons)

Small Funnel
ATTENTION: The system must be filled with
distilled water before turning ON the system.
CAUTION: Only use distilled water from a
reputable supplier. Use of tap water will
damage the device and void the warranty.

Note 1:
iWeld Professional Series-The Distilled Water
Bottle can be filled; water filter replaced & bottle removed
from the left side of the machine.)
(Note 2:
The Distilled Water Bottle does not need to be
removed for the initial filling of Distilled Water or topping
off the Distilled Water.
