C.1 Faults and Damages
If there is any reason to suspect that the device has been compromised,
remove it from an ex-hazardous area immediately, and take measures to
prevent it from accidentally restarting.
The safety of the device may be compromised if:
•
malfunctions occur
•
the housing of the device shows damage
•
the device has been stored improperly
•
the device has been connected to a malfunctioning computer or
charger
•
the markings and labels on the device are illegible
We highly recommended that you return a device that shows signs of faults or
damage, or is suspected of faults or damage, to Larson Davis for inspection.
