2. Enter the following:
Group Name
Enter a name for the group.
Listen Ports
The ports users are able to monitor using the
connect listen
command.
Data Ports
The ports users are able to monitor and interact with using the
connect direct
command. Enter the port numbers or the range of
port numbers (for example, 1, 5, 8, 10-15).
U1
denotes the USB port on
the front of the SLB unit. For SLB models with an internal modem,
U2
denotes the internal modem.
Clear Port Buffers
The ports whose port buffer users may clear using the
set
locallog clear
command.
Access Outlets
The power outlets users may monitor and configure. (SLB only)
Enable for
Dial-back
Select to grant a user. Users with dial-back access can dial into the SLB
unit and enter their login and password. Once the SLB device
authenticates them, the modem hangs up and dials them back. Disabled
by default.
Dial-back Number
The phone number the modem dials back on depends on this setting for
the device port. The user is either on a fixed number, or on a number that
is associated with the user’s login (specified here).
