Absorber Installation/Removal Instructions 

 

INTRODUCTION:

 This document is for installation and removal of the absorbers. 

 

TOOLS REQUIRED:  

 

 

13mm Wrench & Socket 

 

4mm Allen Wrench

 

BEFORE YOU BEGIN: 

You will need to remove the motor cover, upright base cover, bed end caps, 

side frame covers, treadbelt and the deck before you can remove the absorbers. Please refer to the 
individual instructions for each if you need assistance.

Once the deck has been removed, take note of the placement of each absorber, and where the empty 
spaces are.  As you can see in the picture above, there are both blue and black absorbers. In addition, 

the blue absorbers have a corresponding washer, black absorbers do not. Finally, there is one blue 

absorber on each side that does not have a top deck screw, they are circled above.
