Use lever

(in the passenger com-
partment) or the central tab in the
boot to move the seat forwards.
Total extension

Remove the rear parcel shelf as pre-
viously described;

Use lever

or the central boot tab to
adjust the seat completely back-
wards;

Lift the cushion, raising it from the
front part (

), corresponding to the
section to fold and tilt it forward op-
erating the rear side (

); tilt both
cushions to fold the back rest com-
pletely;

or pull the boot side

to unlock the backrest
section to fold and both to fold the
back rest completely;

Slightly bend the backrest forward
and take the rear head restraints out
(where provided);

Fold the back rest partly or totally.
Returning the seat to its original
position
Repeat the above operations in reverse
sequence, refit belts into buckles (as
shown in the
fig. 80
) before tilting the
cushion to have them always ready
for use.
The cushion shall be re-positioned fit-
ting the rear part under the back rest
and then pressing the front part.
WARNING If the car is fitted with
Isofix anchoring points (see para-
graph “Presetting for mounting the
Isofix child restraint system” in the
chapter “Safe driving”) re-position
the cushion taking care to fit it under
the anchoring points.
