In the event that your LaCie blue eye pro software or hardware
is not working correctly, please refer to the following checklist to
find out the source of the problem. If you have gone through all
of the points on the checklist and your product is still not work-

Verify that the LaCie blue eye colorimeter is connected to your
computer through a USB port; also verify that the proper device
has been selected in the Device menu of the blue eye pro soft-
ware.
Can the LaCie blue eye colorimeter
be connected to the USB port on
Apple keyboards?
Yes, the Apple keyboard provides a sufficient amount of power for
the colorimeter.
Can the LaCie blue eye vision cali-
brator be used with the LaCie blue
eye pro software?
The LaCie blue eye vision calibrator can be used with the LaCie
blue eye pro software in Windows only. Under Mac OS X, this cali-
brator is unfortunately not supported. Please refer to section
4.3.
