Connection
broken?
Press the system reset button on the bottom
of the Urocap IV device.
Reduce the distance between the Urocap IV
and the Mobile Device. The maximum
distance between the Urocap IV and the
Mobile Device is up to 10 meters (33 feet).
Ensure there is an unobstructed line of sight
between the Urocap IV and the Mobile
Device.
Ensure the Bluetooth connection is turned
ON in the Mobile Device System settings.

enabled.
Up to five computers and mobile devices can
use the same HP wireless direct connection.
HP wireless direct can be used while the
printer is also connected to a computer using
USB cable or to a network using a wireless
connection.
