
4. Calibrations
Load cell value empty hopper
9) Hopper must be completely horizontal, in both directions!
10) Wait until the left value is not fluctuating anymore.
11) Select the right arrow and press OK.
Reference sensor value
12) Machine must still be level in both directions!
13) Wait until the left value is not fluctuating anymore.
14) Select the arrow and press OK.
Load cell value, filled hopper
15) Fill the machine with an exact weight. The exact weight must be filled in at the screen. Use arrow key (minimum
500 kg, higher is better!) (Do not remove the weight till the complete calibration is finisched)
16) Wait until the left value is not fluctuating anymore.
17) Select the right arrow and press OK.
Reference sensor value, under an angle (With filled hopper)
18) Give the machine an angle for calibration of the reference sensor. Angle must be at least 15˚ or more (in any direction)
19) Wait until the left value is not fluctuating anymore.
20) Select the right arrow and press OK.
