
4. Calibrations
4.3 Hopper calibration: (Except CL EW and RO-M EW)
(Pincode 8)
The Pin 8 calibration has to be done after changing a PCB weight sensor or reference sensor.
During this calibration the following 5 steps will be done during this calibration
1.
The empty weight of the hopper
2.
The corresponding load cell value for an empty hopper
3.
The value of the reference sensor will be stored when machine is standing flat.
4.
The machine will store the value of the weight cell when the hopper is filled with a fixed weight
5.
The machine will store the value of the reference sensor under an angle.
For a good and succesfull Pin 8 calibration please follow the steps below.
Step 1 Adjust the machine horizontal behind tractor.
Adjust the machine 100% horizontal on a flat (leveled) ground
(In both directions)
and on the correct spreading height (75cm)
