4. Calibrations
When the load cells has been unscrewed from the machine the adjustment of the load cells has to be adjusted again.
For the adjustment, please follow up the steps below.
Assemble the load cells on the machine. (700Nm on the fixation bolts)
Unscrew fixation bolt A and adjust with bolt B that the load cells is touching the
connection block on the frame
Connect the machine behind the tractor and lift up the spreader from the ground.
(Horizontal behind the tractor on 75 cm disk distance from the ground.)
Go to the screen” service information” and adjust with bolt B to the right counts
setting. The right counts setting is the weight of the machine X 6.8
Please check in the list below the right weights with. accessories
Calculation example:
Basic machine with 1 extension rim and a TrimFlow
Weight:
324+23+21 Total weight =368 kg
(368 x 6,8 = 2502) Counts in screen must be adjusted to 2502
