Description of Boom Components
The Brake:
Automatically applies braking force
when the Lifts comes to a stop while
picking-up doors from the stack, and
when it raises the Lift (and door) to
the top of the carriage.
Prevents the Lift from lowering too
far, and/or unexpectedly lowering
once raised or when air pressure to
the clutch fails.
The Motor (UP and Down):
Works with
Speed Reducer
and Brake
to move the Lift
up and down to pick up and
place doors.
Foam Lifters:
Suction powered foam lifters. Lifts doors
and moves doors.
Feeder:
Door staging area to feed table.
The Motor: (Across)
Moves the Lift Assembly to X axis
position above the door.
Speed Reducer
Reduces speed of the Up and
Down Motor when picking up or
loading doors.
Rotate Gear (Opt): Rotates Lift
assembly 0 to 180 °
