ON-3V: Stacker Process Summary
The
Kval ON-3V Door Stacker
is a touch screen driven machine designed to receive processed
doors from a
Kval
machine and stack them in a staging area.
Note:
For power-up of the machine,
see “Powering Operations for the ON-3V” on
page 2-6.

The Door is Fed into the Stacker
1.
The
Feed Belt
rolls in door from the previous machine
2.
The door is elevated on four sets of bars with urethane rollers, rolled to the desig
-
nated pop-up stop (Option), and then pulled sideways to a fixed fence for align
-
ment.
Note:
Normally door length data is passed from the previous machines in the line to
activate the correct door stop. If needed, this information can be overridden at
the
Main
screen.

Lift is Lowered to the Door
3.
The
Boom
moves the
Vacuum Lift
over the door on the table
4.
The
Vacuum Lift
lowers
to the door.
5.
The door is secured by suction of the lifting pads.
