Process to Stack a Door
Ensure factory air is present at the ON-3V and the other machines.
Note:
Power the all the machines in the line.
Snapshot
Request Access In.
Load Pallet.
Request Access Out.
Reset Button.
Home Machine.
If needed, setup feed through or
change door length.
Start the machining process
Stacking Process begins
1.
Power up the
ON-3V.

Push the
Request Access Button

Load the
pallet
into the staging area.
4.
Pull out the
Request Access Button
.
5.
Push the
Reset Button

6. Home
the Machine.
7.
If a change in normal process is needed, select
the
Feed Through
button or change the door
length. See “About the Stacker Main Screen” on
page 2-19
8.
Start the process at the main machine of the
line.(DLN-CD, 990 series, Face, etc)
