About the Controls
Park Gantry:
Select to place the gantry in the
rest position. The Gantry will fin
-
ish task and if in process. The
Gantry will move over the table
and lower to the table position.
The Request Access light will
blink.
Pause/Resume:
Select the Pause button to
hold process of the door.
Select again to Resume from
the point where the pause
was initiated.
Vacuum Sleep:
Select to stop the vacuum pump
when not in use.
Cancel Operation:
Select to stop the process. If
in process the door will be
placed backed on the stack
