Summary of Machining a Door
These instruction assume a valid
Door Job
has been created and has been stored in the Library. To
learn how to create a door job and more about the libraries see the
Libraries Manual
that is
included in this manual set.
Start the Process
Load Door Job from KvalCAM
Ensure factory air is present at the machine and the Commander III main air supply
valve is turned on.
Power up the Commander III. See “How to Power Up the Commander III” on
page 3-6.
Select the KvalCAM shortcut to open the KvalCAM pro-
gram.
Home the Commander III. See “Home the Commander III”
on page 3-7.
Select the
Libraries Tab
at the upper left side of the screen
Select the
Door Job Library Tab
at the upper center screen
From the table, double click the desired door job to go to the
Door Job
screen

Enter the quantity of door to be processed in the
Door Qty
box at the bottom of the
screen
Select the
Add to Queue
Button
Note: If desired
add more door
jobs.
