Suggested Order of Calibration
For a
general
calibration practice, follow the order of calibration listed below.
Start with a Right Hand Door
1.
Load a Door Job from the Library with right hand parameters.
2.
Auto load a door into the machine.
3.
Perform the
Hinge Head (Over All)
Calibration. This will Center the cut in the H-

4.
Perform the
Hinge Location
Calibration. This will calibrate the location of the Hinge
head across the front section.
See “Hinge Carriage Location” on page 4-15
5.
Perform the
Lock Location
Calibration. this will ensure the lock routing are at the
correct location.
See “Lock Head” on page 4-16 .
If a CNC Back Section is installed,
instead of the Lock Head calibration.
6.
Repeat steps 2 through 5 above until all parameter are in specification.
Machine a Left Hand Door
The above steps will set a references for a
Right Hand Door,
. To set the references for a left hand
door, use the
Out Feed Stop
as a reference.
Note
: The hinge and lock calibrations set above will stay valid.
1.
Load a Door Job from the Library with Left Hand parameters.
Section and Machine the Door” on page 3-5
2.
Auto load a door into the machine.
3.
Perform the
Out Feed Stop
Calibration
.
This will set the top of the door reference for
a left hand door.
4.
Repeat steps 2 through 3 above until all parameter are in specification.
5.
When satisfied with the left hand calibrations, Machine a right hand door to verify
that all calibrations are set.
