Option SJ: Split Jamb
While clamped in the machine, staples will be driven into the back side of the split jamb to keep
the male and female together. The staple guns are fired with a single valve that is interlocked with
a safety switch to disable the staple guns unless there is a jamb clamped in the machine.
Note:
For the nail gun to fire,
• The
Start Sequence must have been activated,
• All Jamb Clamps must be activated
• Safety Senors on the Gun assembly must be triggered.(Blocked by Jamb)
To Use this Function:
1.
Press
Start Sequence
Button
2.
If not already done so, load the male split
jamb into the female slot of the jamb
3.
Load jamb assembly into machine.
4.
During process, press the
Fire Side Nailer
Button .
5.
The Stapler Assembly will move into place
and fire the staples.
