IMPORTANT :
• If the fuel contains impurities, such as water,
drain the fuel tank at shorter intervals.
• Drain the fuel tank before operating the tractor
after a long period of storage.
• The fuel tank is made of plastic. Be careful not
to overtighten the bolts.
EVERY 400 HOURS
1. Cleaning water separator
This job should not be done in the field, but in a clean
environment.
1. Disconnect the water sensor connector.
2. Close the fuel shutoff-valve.
3. Unscrew the cup and remove it, then rinse the
inside with kerosene.
4. Take out the element and dip it in the kerosene to
rinse.
5. After cleaning, reassemble the water separator,
keeping out dust and dirt.
6. Connect the water sensor connector.
7. Bleed the fuel system.

IMPORTANT :
• If the water separator and/or fuel filter is not
well maintained, the supply pump and
injector may be damaged earlier than
expected.
2. Cleaning fuel solenoid pump
element (M5N-091, M5N-111)
1. Close the fuel shutoff-valve.
2. Remove the cover's nut and remove the cover from
the fuel solenoid pump.
3. Remove the cover, magnet, and element and clean
with kerosene.
4. Refer to the diagram below and reassemble the
parts as they were before.
