Mounting the Quick Hitch and Subframe on the Tractor

Preparation:
Before installing the subframe,
remove the lawnmower and front loader from
the tractor by following the instructions in the
operator's manual of the tractor.
IMPORTANT:
The subframe and front loader
must never be installed on the tractor at the
same time.
WARNING:
To avoid serious
personal injury: Park the tractor on level
ground, place the transmission in neutral,
set the parking brake, disengage the PTO,
place all control levers in neutral, shut off
the engine, remove the ignition key and
allow the rotating parts to stop BEFORE
attaching the subframe underneath the
tractor.
1.
Attach,
without tightening
, the left rear
bracket (item 1) and the spacer 3/8" (item 2)
to the tractor frame (item 3) using the two
M14 x 1.50mm x 50mm lg hex. bolts (item 4),
14mm lockwashers (item 5) and 5/8" flat
washers (item 12).
2.
Attach,
without tightening
, the right rear
bracket (item 11) and the spacer 3/8" (item 2)
to the tractor frame (item 3) using the two
M14 x 1.50mm x 50mm lg hex. bolts (item 4),
14mm lockwashers (item 5) and 5/8" flat
washers (item 12).
3.
Making sure to use the correct hole
configuration and tube position,
a
ttach,
without tightening
, the rear support (item
10) to the left and right rear brackets, using
the ø5/8"NC x 2" lg hex bolts (item
6),
ø11/16"flat washers (item 9), ø5/8"
lockwashers (item 8) and ø5/8"NC nylon
insert locknuts (item 7) as illustrated.
