4. Turn power on if you powered off the night before. When cycling power for any reason, remember
to cycle power on both the AutoBatch main panel and the AutoTreat panel.
5. Make sure that the E-Stop button is released.
6. Check to make sure that air compressor is on and that the air pressure is set between 90 and 100
lbs on the air manifold.
Equipment Check
7. Ensure the scale is weighing accurately, using a known weight, and make sure that the scale is
zeroed correctly (zeroed with an empty box if emptying directly from a box).
8. Run the Atomizer and SMX Conveyor to ensure that they are operating correctly.
9. Open and close the box stand gate to ensure that it is operating correctly.
