3. Place bearing bracket lantern 344 onto casing cover 161 (see illustration:
Fastening the bearing bracket lantern to the casing cover (design with clamped
casing cover)).
4. Mount bearing bracket lantern 344 on casing cover 161 with hexagon head
bolts 901.31. Observe the tightening torques. (
5. Remove the guard.
6. Fit studs 902.04.
7.5.6 Mounting the outer rotor on the shaft
7.5.6.1 Mounting the outer rotor on the motor shaft (for models without leakage
barrier – shaft seal ring)

The notes and steps stated in (
Section 7.5.1, Page 59) to have been observed/
carried out.
ü
The individual parts have been placed in a clean and level assembly area.
ü
All dismantled parts have been cleaned and checked for wear.
ü
Any damaged or worn parts have been replaced by original spare parts.
ü
The sealing surfaces have been cleaned.
ü
The key for the motor has been fitted in the motor shaft.
ü
The motor shaft has been turned by hand to ensure that it moves freely.
ü
A belt wrench is available for holding the outer rotor if necessary.
1. Apply a thread-locking agent to threaded connecting element 905 to lock the
threaded connection.
2. Screw threaded connecting element 905 into the motor shaft face to the
torques given in the manual. (
3. Insert studs 902.06 into intermediate piece 132.03.
4. Place the intermediate piece onto the motor flange.
5. Make sure that the threaded hole for fitting the support foot (if any) will be
located at the bottom when the pump is fully reassembled.
6. Fasten the intermediate piece on the motor flange by tightening nuts 920.06 to
the specified torques. (
