The following function tests guarantee the correct function of the machine:

Coffee capsules
Choose only Espresso capsules as reference when a coffee capsule is needed.
Storage conditions for coffee capsules
In order to guarantee the result in the final cup, the test capsules must always be stored
under same conditions within the following limitations in time and temperature:
The capsules cannot be stored at a temperature higher than 35°C (95°F) for more
than 3 weeks (24h/day). Temperature of capsules must never exceed 48°C (118°F).
It is recom mended to store capsules in dark conditions and at room temperature
or at min. 4°C (40°F).
Water
The water used for all function tests must be fresh, potable water.
The nonrespect of this limits can
affect the quality of the final cup,
deteriorate the machine,
produce a delamination of the capsule’s top membrane.
