4. Switch on the metering rollers using switch (6).
5. Engage the PTO. The metering rollers start rotating.
6. Engage the moving floor using switch (3) and select
the desired moving floor speed using turning knob
(11)
7. To interrupt the unloading operation, first switch off
the moving floor with switch (3) and the the PTO to
stop the metering rollers. To continue unloading first
switch on the PTO and the the moving floor.
Unloading with cross conveyor belt from
trailer rear end
1. Switch on the tractor hydraulics and lock the control
lever in this position.
2. Engage the PTO and let tractor engine run at half
throttle.
3. Switch on current supply to the control box on the
tractor using switch (1) (the green indicator light (2)
is lit). Set all other switches to "off" or to central
position.
4. Then switch on current supply to the control box at
the trailer rear end using switch (14) (the green
indicator light (15) is lit).
5. Select the direction of rotation of the cross conveyor
belt using switch (19).
6. Switch on the metering rollers using switch (18).
7. Engage the moving floor using switch (16) and
adjust the moving floor speed with truning knob
(17).
8. To interrupt the unloading operation, switch off in
the following sequence: moving floor with switch
(16), metering rollers with switch (18) and cross
conveyor belt with switch (19).
Reversing the moving floor
To clear a blockage on the metering rollers the moving
floor can be reversed.
To do this set the moving floor switch (3) (= front control
box) or the moving floor switch (16) (= rear control box)
to "reverse" (bottom position of the switches).
Never reverse the moving floor longer than required
to protect it against overload!
Unloading without cross conveyor belt
from the tractor seat
1. Adjust the rear control box (if available) as
described in the preceding paragraph.
2. Set rear shut-off tap (LH side) to the positon
"without cross conveyor belt" (see illustration on
page 22).
3. Switch on the trator hydraulics and lock the control
lever in this position. Switch on current supply using
switch (1). Open the rear gate with switch (6),
keeping the latter in the "open" position until lmap
(12) lights up. Opening the rear gate will
automatically cause the small control cylinder for
the metering roller to be actuated.
4. Engage the PTO (540 rpm). The metering rollers
start rotating.
5. Engage the moving floor from the tractor seat
(switch (3)). Using knob (11) select the moving floor
speed to suit the kind of crop as well as the desired
crop density and loading height.
6. When driving over a pit silo use the articulated
drawbar. The drawbar should only be raised as
required. When leaving the pit silo lower the
drawbar immediately.
7. When driving over the silo make sure that the crop
falls onto the ground in an unimpeded flow.
8. To interrupt the unloading operation, switch off the
PTO and set the moving floor sitch (3) to "off".
9. After unloading close the rear gate which
automatically causes the metering rollers to be
switched off.
Unloading with cross conveyor belt (indoor
feeding)
1. If the cross conveyor belt is in working position, it is
essential to set the rear shut-off tap to the position
"with cross conveyor belt" to prevent oil being
provided to the rear gate cylinders (see illustration
on page 22).
2. Switch on the tractor hydraulics and lock the control
lever in this position. Switch on current supply using
switch (1).
3. Select the direction of rotation of the cross conveyor
belt using switch (6).
