Control of moving floor, metering rollers
and cross conveyor belt from trailer rear
end
For operation of the moving floor, metering rollers and
cross conveyor belt from trailer rear end, a special
control unit can be supplied as optional equipment.
(14) "On-off" switch for power supply.
(15) Green indicator light. Lights up when switch (14) is
set to "on".
(16) "Moving floor operation": forward - off - reverse.
Switch in top position: reverse movement.
(17) Switch for stepless moving floor speed adjustment.
(18) "Hydraulic rear gate operaton and control of
metering rollers".
(19) Cross conveyor belt - RH or LH rotation. Central
position: cross conveyor belt is switched off.
(20) Emergency cut-out. If actuated, this push button
locks into engagement and cuts off all functions.
To release it will be sufficient to turn the push
button.
Operation from the trailer rear end is only possible if
switch (1) on the front control box is set to "on" (the
green indicator light (2) is lit) and all other switches are
set ot "off or to central position.
If the front control box is used for operation, current
supply to the rear control unit (see switch (14)) must be
switched off.
Important:
For unloading with conveyor belt, the rear control unit
can be attached to the insertion pocket provided for this
purpose at the rear gate center.
For operation
without conveyor belt, the rear control
unit has to be attached to one of the two insertion
pockets provided under the guards on the RH and LH
side panels of the metering device.
