5.2.1 Menu quick setup
INFORMATION!
Note that the appearance of some sub-menus depends on the hardware setting. Also only the
sensor relevant menus and sub-menus are shown here in detail. For all other menu functions
refer to the signal converter manual.
Function
Settings / descriptions
A1 language
Available languages: German, English, French, Spanish
A2 Tag
Measuring point identifier (Tag no.), helps to identify the device in a plant, appears in the LC
display header in the normal measuring mode (up to 8 digits).
A3 manual hold
Manual shift into the simulation mode for maintenance; device aborts measuring and holds all
analog measurements from the process inputs. Options: on (enter the simulation mode) / off
(enter the normal measuring mode again.)
A4 set clock
Manual setting of date and time.
A5 reset errors
This functions allows to reset all errors that are not reset automatically (e.g. power fail or counter
overflow). You can answer the question "reset?" with the following options: no (exit without reset) /
yes (reset and exit the function).
A6 analog outputs
A6.1 measurement
Value used for driving the current output A, B, C. You can answer the
question "use at all outputs?" with the following options: no (exits the
function using the value only for current output A, B or C) / yes (exits
the function copying the value to all analog outputs).
A6.3 range
Range of the main current output A, B, C of the device. You can
answer the question "use at all outputs?" with the following options:
no (exits the function using the value only of current output A, B, C) /
yes (exits the function copying the value to all analog outputs).
A6.4 time constant
Time constant of the current output A, B, C of the device. You can
answer the question "use at all outputs?" with the following options:
no (exits the function using the value only of current output A, B, C) /
yes (exits the function copying the value to all analog outputs).
A18 temperature
offset
Manual setting of the temperature.
A19 product cal.
This menu allows to calibrate the sensor and change the corresponding settings
