4.9.3 SNMP 

Traps 

SNMP Trap is a notification feature defined by SNMP protocol. All SNMP management 
applications can understand this type of trap information. You will not need to install new 
applications to read the notification information.   

This page allows users to 

Enable SNMP Trap,

 configure the 

SNMP Trap server IP

, 

Community

 name, and trap 

Version V1 or V2

. After the configuration, you will be able to 

see the changes made to the SNMP pre-defined standard traps and the 

Korenix

 

pre-defined traps. The pre-defined traps can be found in 

Korenix’s

 private MIB.
