Installation
The machine is designed for indoor installation being
protected against moisture.
The machine must be mounted on a stable, plane and
horizontal base.
The machine must always be lifted in the stated lifting
points.
With some die cutters it is necessary to be able to
move the MultiDicer away from the die cutter in order
to obtain easy access to service the die cutter. There-
fore, the MultiDicer is mounted on wheels controlled
by rails fixed to the floor. The wheels of the MultiDicer
are running on the floor, and therefore it is important
that the floor is plane, horizontal and able to carry the
weight of the MultiDicer.
The MultiDicer is locked in working position with the
bracket (A). When moving the MultiDicer, the bracket
(A) must be lifted.
The pipe system used to transport the cut material
away from the MultiDicer must be easy to dismount,
when the MultiDicer is going to be moved.
