Safety Signs
Avoid accidents by always following the safety instruc-
tions given in the user manual and on the safety signs
placed on the machine.
Warning signs with symbols without text may be found
on the machine. The symbols are explained below.
• This is a safety alert sign and
means: Attention! Risk of perso-
nal injury.
• Read the user manual carefully
and observe the warning texts in
the user manual and on the
machine.
• The components of the machine may not be
touched, until they are completely stopped.
• Never put your hand into the inlet or outlet openings
of the machine during operation. Take care not to
leave any tools or the like on the conveyor belt,
which could then be conveyed into the machine.
• The guards may not be
opened or removed during
operation of the machine.
The safety switch for the
machine must always be
switched off and locked, if the
guards of the machine are
being opened or removed.
• The sheets must be conveyed one by one into the
machine – i.e. no overlapping sheets.
• Never remove any sheets from the conveyor belt
of the machine during operation. Open sheets can
pull your hand into the machine and result in severe
personal injuries.
