Friction Plates for the Conveyor Belt
With some materials the noise from the MultiDicer can
be reduced, if the material is not conveyed completely
straight up to the knife shaft.
Therefore two friction plates are supplied together with
the machine. If it is estimated to be necessary at the
actual operational conditions, either one or two friction
plates (H) have to be mounted on the machine.
The friction plates will slow down the material a little
in the one side of the conveyor belt, so that it is not
conveyed completely straight up to the knife shaft.
