NOTICE
• Perform the calibration on a level place.
• Perform the calibration while traveling straight.
A straight road approximately 100 m long is necessary for the calibration.
• Do not perform the calibration while an error is generated.
• When performing the calibration, seat the dump body and set the dump lever to “FLOAT” position.
You can check that the dump body is seated by checking that the dump body float caution lamp is
not lit.

Empty the machine.
Be sure to completely remove all the soil remaining inside the dump body.

Run in the machine.
3.
While running the engine, set the gear shift lever to NEUTRAL position (N), and stop the machine.
4.
Prepare for the calibration according to the following procedure.
1) Press the menu switch (1) on the standard screen,
and on “Machine Setting and Information” screen, se-
lect “Payload Meter”, then press ENTER switch (2).
2) Select “Calibration”, then press ENTER switch (2).
The pop-up window of starting the calibration is dis-
played.
REMARK
If the gear shift lever is in any position other than
NEUTRAL (N), you cannot select the “Calibration”.
