Remove the cover of the engine underguard.

Remove the cover on the right side of the machine.

Put the containers to catch the coolant under the drain
valve (8) at the bottom of the oil cooler and under the drain
plug (9) at the side of the cylinder block.

Loosen the drain valve (8) and the drain plug (9), and drain
the coolant.
10. After draining the coolant, close the drain valve (8) and the
drain plug (9).
11. Pour the tap water through the filler port of radiator.
Pour the tap water until it fills the radiator.
12. Install the radiator caps (5), (6) and the sub-tank filler port
cap (7).
13. Start the engine.
Run the engine at low idle, and raise the water tempera-
ture to 90 °C or higher, and run the engine approximately
for 10 minutes.
14. Stop the engine.
