BASIC OPERATION OF MACHINE MONITOR WHEN STARTING ENGINE IN NOR-
MAL SITUATION
• When the starting switch is turned to ON position, the opening screen GG is displayed.
• After the opening screen GG is displayed for 2 seconds, the screen switches to the camera image CC.
• If the camera image CC is not displayed, there can be a failure. In this case, ask your Komatsu distributor
for repair.
• After the camera image CC is displayed for 2 seconds, the screen switches to the check before starting
screen BB.
• After the check before starting screen BB is displayed for 2 seconds, the screen switches to the preset
(starting gear speed) display screen HH.
• After the preset (speed range when moving machine off) display screen HH is displayed for 2 seconds, the
screen switches to standard screen AA.
REMARK
• When the engine is started, the battery voltage may suddenly drop depending on the temperature and the
battery condition. If this happens, the machine monitor may restart, but this does not indicate any abnormal-
ity.
• On the machine with no camera (optional) setting, after the opening screen GG is displayed for 2 seconds,
the screen switches to check before starting screen BB.
