Steam or water may be used instead of the compressed air.
However, when performing powerful steam cleaning (high-pressure machine washing) of the heat exchang-
er (radiator), maintain sufficient distance from the machine.
If steam cleaning (high-pressure machine wash) is performed at close distance, there is a danger that the
internal fins of the heat exchange equipment may be deformed, and this will cause early clogging and
breakage of the equipment.
6.
Perform the following check.
• Check the rubber hoses. If they are cracked or fragile, replace them.
• Check the hose clamps for looseness.
METHOD FOR CLEANING OIL COOLER FIN
If the hydraulic oil cooler fins are clogged with dirt, check and clean them.
1.
Open engine side covers (1) on both sides of the machine.
2.
Blow off mud, dirt, leaves, etc. in hydraulic oil cooler fins
(2) with compressed air.
Steam or water may be used instead of the compressed
air.
However, when performing powerful steam cleaning (high-
pressure machine wash) on the heat exchange equipment
(oil cooler), maintain sufficient distance when performing
the operation.
If steam cleaning (high-pressure machine wash) is per-
formed at close distance, there is a danger that the internal
fins of the heat exchange equipment may be deformed,
and this will cause early clogging and breakage of the
equipment.
